Mum of three, certified sleep consultant, and former very sleepy mama. I know how hard it is when no one’s sleeping and every day feels like a blur.
I’ve lived through endless sleepless nights and felt first-hand how exhaustion can impact your mood, health, and ability to enjoy each day. When you’re running on empty, even the simplest tasks feel impossible and being the mum you want to be can feel out of reach.

1:1 Support - What to expect.
When you work with me, you’ll get personalised guidance, a clear plan, and the support you need to help your family sleep better. Here’s what is included:
1. Sleep diary review
You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and 4 days of sleep diaries, which I’ll carefully review to fully understand your child’s sleep patterns and create the most effective plan.
2. Bespoke sleep plan
I’ll design a personalised sleep plan and routine that fits your child, your parenting style, and your family’s sleep goals.
3. Video consultation
We’ll have a 1-hour consultation to go through your sleep plan together. It’s a chance to ask questions, share any concerns, and make sure you feel confident putting the plan into action.
4. On-going support
When your plan begins, I’ll be right beside you. Through daily WhatsApp chats, I’ll guide, encourage, and help you fine-tune things as needed.
