I’m Sydney. Occupational therapist and mama x2. I’m so glad you’re here! I was just like you - tired and struggling with my baby’s sleep desperate for answers and for help getting rest. I quickly became the sleep “go-to” girl for friends and family. I loved educating and helping solve baby sleep issues so much I decided to get certified so I can help mamas all over get better sleep!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS SLEEP TRAINING?
Sleep training is simply modifying a behavior. Because sleep is a biological function, we are not “teaching” your baby/toddler how to sleep. We are modifying the behavior during the sleep process or wakings throughout the night.
WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND/TRAINING?
I am certified through The Cradle Coach Academy. I am also an occupational therapist which qualifies me to assess your baby or toddler’s sensory or developmental needs that may be affecting their quality of sleep and make recommendations accordingly.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
Start by scheduling a discovery call! This allows me to learn a little bit about you and your baby/toddler and ensure we are a good fit! It’s important for you to feel comfortable and confident when beginning sleep training.
WHAT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
I offer three different one on one consultation packages with varying levels of assistance and coaching provided. I do not offer one time consults as I believe in order to achieve the best results, I need to have several days with your family.
