Mum of three, certified sleep consultant, and former very sleepy mama. I know how hard it is when no one’s sleeping and every day feels like a blur.
I’ve lived through endless sleepless nights and felt first-hand how exhaustion can impact your mood, health, and ability to enjoy each day. When you’re running on empty, even the simplest tasks feel impossible and being the mum you want to be can feel out of reach.
That’s why I created Hey Sleepy Mama: to offer gentle, realistic support that actually works. No harsh methods, no guilt - just calm, practical steps to help your baby (and you) get the rest you both deserve.

I will never ask you to leave your baby to ‘cry it out’. I use a gentle and supportive sleep training approach for children aged 5 months to 4 years. My methods are guaranteed to work (provided you follow the steps I give you).

I believe every child is different and so their sleep solution should be as unique as they are. I will take the time and care to get to know you and your little one and design a tailored sleep plan based on your child’s individual needs and your family’s sleep goals.

How it works.
Once we’ve had a chance to chat on your free 15 minute intro call and you’ve decided you want to go ahead - these are the simple steps that will get you on your way to better sleep.
1. Expert sleep diary analysis
I’ll ask you to complete 3 or 4 days worth of sleep logs for your child which I will then meticulously review so that I have an in-depth understanding of your current sleep challenges. This helps me to develop the most effective solution for your child.
3. 1 hour video consultation
We’ll schedule a 1 hour consultation where I will talk you through your sleep plan. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions, raise any concerns and make sure that you feel fully confident to implement the plan.
2. Bespoke sleep plan
Based on my analysis, I will write a personalised sleep plan that is tailored to your child’s unique needs and your family lifestyle. This is a bespoke sleep plan designed to help you achieve your sleep goals.
4. On-going support
Once you’ve started your sleep plan, I’ll be there to guide you through the process. Depending on which package you choose, I’ll be available either on a daily Whatsapp chat or a scheduled phone call. I’ll be there to cheerlead you on and make any adjustments to the plan if needed.
