This call is perfect if you need help with one specific issue and your child can already self settle. I can help with issues such as:

Early wakes/Nap transitions/Implementing routine/transitioning to own room or bed

What’s included:

• A 30 minute phone or video consultation

• Discussion of one sleep issue

• A summary of the action plan we discuss sent via email same day as call

• No follow up support

This call is also suitable for past clients in need of some additional support.
